Light Flickers

If you try changing the bulb and the light still does not work

- try the bulb in a fitting you know works (sometimes even new bulbs can be faulty) If its a Halogen its likely the bulb

most Of the LEDs dont work you can order some               That work well

Sometimes when bulbs blow they can trip a circuit

- You could check to see if a circuit has tripped - There is some information below on resetting circuits.

Please click on the type of circuit that is tripping

This is a common problem with bulbs

.Some of the things that may cause this are

  • If its a screw in Bulb - Light not screwed in far enough     try turning the affected  light / lights another half a turn.

  •  Faulty Bulb - try replacing the bulb

  • If its a halogen the bulb may not be compatible with you fitting  Try ordering these bulbs

  • Ants behind the switch or a faulty switch or loose connection -You may need to Book a repair online

This is usually the bulb - some led bulbs are sensitive to induced voltages - Bunnings currently sell bulbs that do not glow from induced voltages, are resonably priced and work well.  I have included some links to them below.
