The Problem here is it may have tripped the breaker - You push them up to reset them but it is may be the the main switch has failed - You can ffind information on resetting your Circuit here

Normally this is a failed plate - but sometimes it may just the knobs-You can check them by pulling them off ( if they are hard to get off they are likely not damged )
